We're especially well suited to low volume high quality newsletters and booklets. We electronically impose all of our work using Creo Preps and TrapWise, working from either PC or MAC files. We have the latest versions of all Adobe graphics programs on both platforms, and our network includes at least one machine each running Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Macintosh OS-9 and OS-X. We also have Corel Draw versions to 9 and QuarkXpress 4.1

Our film capabilities allow us to output 4 up 8.5 x 11, and proof using MatchPrint, Dylux and HP wide-format. The prepress department also includes an Agfa 20x24 vertical camera for use on conventional hard art. Our color separations are purchased locally from Precision Color in Plymouth, assuring top quality.

The press department consists of single color presses up to 28x40, and multi-color up to 20x28, with five colors inline up to 18x25.

Bindery equipment includes a 36" Polar fully programmable cutter, two 26x40 Stahl folders- one a buckle-knife, the other all buckle, with gate fold and gluing attachments, and a Muller-Martini Minuteman 6 pocket collator/stitcher/trimmer. Drilling is accomplished using our Lawson 5-hole machine.

Mailing equipment includes a continuous-feed laser printer capable of producing over 15,000 bar-coded labels per hour and a Rena inkjet printer for direct addressing. All mailing is pre-sorted for maximum postage discounts using the USPS address database, updated every three months. We offer move-update services to keep your mailing list current.
